A stretch fitted sheet with H-split is a sheet featuring a specialised cutout at the midpoint of the sheet ends.
This cutout makes the sheet particularly well-suited for adjustable beds, allowing for head or foot elevation without the sheet coming off the mattress.

The sheet has elastic all around its edges, making it easy to fit onto the mattress. The elastic edge provides a snug fit, preventing the sheet from sliding off or wrinkling.
