Cotton bedding

Cotton is 100% natural and the most widespread material in the world. It is especially popular for producing cotton bedding and clothing. Cotton bedding is extremely breathable due to its natural material and releases the moisture the body emits at night so the body can breathe more easily. Cotton fibres help give bed covers a strong and smooth surface. With cotton bedding you therefore also get a set that is soft and comfortable against the skin. In addition, cotton bedding is extremely hard-wearing and withstands more than many other bedding materials. So you can't go wrong with comfortable cotton bedding. All the above properties also make cotton bedding one of the most popular bedding fabrics in Denmark. There are generally 3 different types of cotton:

Cotton satin

A bedding set in cotton satin is made from 100% cotton, but differs from regular cotton covers by being woven with a special satin weave, which is one of the softest and finest weave types. The satin weave gives a bedding set a smooth, fine and glossy surface. Very fine cotton threads are used in the production of cotton satin bedding, which helps give a luxurious softness. The weave makes cotton satin bed linen very durable, and it also helps retain colour well. With a cotton satin duvet cover, you get a cover that is light, soft and comfortable on the body. Egyptian cotton

Egyptian cotton has the longest cotton fibres of the three cotton types, and is therefore regarded as the finest and best cotton in the world. The long fibres make the fibres strong. With a duvet cover in Egyptian cotton, you therefore get a very hard-wearing cover. In addition, a duvet cover in Egyptian cotton is softer than a cover in cotton satin or regular cotton, but it still has the general properties that cotton naturally provides.
