Muslin cloths are essential

Muslin cloths are indispensable if you're expecting a baby or already have a little one at home. They will become your new best friend, and you'll use many cloths every single day. Also many more than you initially expect. A good tip from us is that you should never skimp on muslin cloths. In our range you can find them in pink, white, blue and green shades with patterns including monkeys and hot-air balloons. The different muslin cloths come in several sizes and you'll find:

Muslin cloths for all of the day's tasks

A muslin cloth can be used for many different tasks during the day, and perhaps for some things you didn't anticipate.
At the changing area they work perfectly as a liner when your child needs a diaper change – should an accident occur, big or small, it can quickly be thrown in the wash and you can put on a clean one. It's also brilliant to have at hand if your child wets themself when you remove the diaper. With a muslin cloth you can keep cleaning of your changing pad to a minimum, as the muslin cloth will protect the changing pad.

A muslin cloth is super-practical when your child is being fed – this applies to both infants and the slightly older children. If your child is having milk, it can be used as support so that he/she lies properly. It can be used to shield you if you have guests or are out and about. And you'll also be very glad to have a muslin cloth over your shoulder when your child needs to burp. If your child is big enough to eat regular food, they can also be used as a bib and to wipe hands and mouth during and after the meal. If you have a baby who spits up, or you are particularly careful with your belongings, you can also place a muslin cloth under your baby's head when he/she lies down to play, coo or relax, so the cloth protects the surface your baby lies on.

If you use a muslin cloth for the above situations every single day, you'll need several. As a new mother, your capacity for laundry may not be the greatest, so we always recommend that you are well stocked. In most places it's recommended that you invest in 30-50 muslin cloths – and that's not far off.

Baby's favourite comfort cloth

During your child's life, their affection usually falls on a particular item they can't live without. For some it's a certain teddy and for others it's a comfort cloth. Many children find security in a comfort cloth, both when they sleep and relax, but also when they're out in new places. Children who have given their heart to a comfort cloth often find it soothing to have it by their head when they go to sleep. And during waking hours they don't always part with it either.

In our range you'll find a sweet comfort cloth from the popular brand Müsli. The lovely comfort cloth comes in two different designs in either ochre or curry. The comfort cloth is practical and in one corner there is attached a small teether ring shaped like a bird.
