The silk sheet adapts to the body's temperature, is moisture-absorbing, antibacterial and allergy-friendly. The sheet is very suitable for delicate/sensitive skin due to its fine and soft surface. Silk does not absorb the natural oils and moisture from the skin and hair, but maintains the natural moisture level. Silk sheets from By Borg are made from the finest mulberry silk, in a substantial silk satin quality with a high momme of 19. Silk is measured in momme weight, which reflects the silk's quality and durability. The higher the momme weight, the better the silk. A momme weight of 19 is ideal and suitable for the production of high-quality silk sheets. Silk sheets can be washed at 30° gentle wash with enzyme-free detergent. It is a fine, soft and lightweight sheet, and therefore does not tolerate tumble drying, but should be air-dried. We recommend using a mattress protector under the sheet to best protect the mattress.
