The down pillow is produced with soft and fine muskox down in the pillow's outer chambers, which gives a wonderfully soft pillow with comfortable sleeping surfaces. In contrast, the inner chamber is filled with a mixture of down and small feathers. The combination of the filling in the pillow's inner chamber, also called the core, creates the correct firmness required to maintain the pillow's height and provide good stability and support. Down pillows are often very suitable if you want a pillow that adapts to your sleeping position, because the filling can easily move and adapt the shape to your need. 

Low pillow
You should choose a low pillow if you most often sleep or prefer to fall asleep on your stomach. This pillow height is optimal for those who are most comfortable sleeping on their stomach, but can also fall asleep on their back. The pillow is also suitable if you want a fuller pillow that is good to shape or hug.

If at some point you find that you have slept poorly for a long time or, for example, often wake up with a headache, it may be a good idea to check your pillow. General guidelines for pillows are that they have a durability of 2-5 years, depending on use and quality.
