Add-on mattress for the children's bed 70x20 cm
Make the child's bed longer and more flexible with a practical mattress wedge from Premium By Borg. The mattress wedge measures 70x20 cm and has a height of 12 cm, so it can be used as an extension of a mattress in children's beds where a smaller piece of mattress is missing to utilise the full length of the bed.
The mattress wedge is constructed as a reversible foam mattress with two different sleeping surfaces. One side consists of memory foam with medium firmness, which contours to the body and provides a more yielding surface. The other side consists of firm cold foam, which provides a more stable and firm sleeping comfort. This makes it possible to choose the side that best matches the child's existing mattress.
The core consists of 9 cm cold foam and 3 cm memory foam with a core density of 25 kg/m3. The combination gives the mattress wedge a stable build while the memory foam adds a more contouring sleeping surface.
The mattress wedge has an extra heavy quilted cover made of 40% bamboo and 60% polyester. The cover can be removed and washed at 40°, which makes it easy to keep the mattress clean and fresh. Tumble drying is not recommended.
With the size 70x20 cm the mattress wedge is particularly suitable as an add-on mattress or mattress extender for children's beds. It can be a practical solution when the bed and mattress are not the same length, or when an existing mattress needs to be extended without replacing the entire mattress.
Always protect your mattress with a mattress protector. This way you extend the life of the mattress because the foam is not allowed to absorb the moisture emitted from the body. The mattress will be protected and you will find that it remains clean, hygienic and neat on the sleeping surface. We recommend always using a mattress protector on your mattress.
