This 8 cm mattress topper has a pressure-relieving memory foam core that molds to your body and weight, which helps increase blood flow during sleep and gives you the best rest as well as support for the whole body. Maintenance: We recommend turning the mattress topper so that the head and foot ends are rotated regularly. It is recommended to do this 4 times a year to get the most out of the mattress's lifespan and comfort.
