An all-season duvet composed of soft 7D fiber and micro glass beads, with a lovely 100% cotton cover. The duvet should not be used by individuals with low body weight, small children or pregnant women. The duvet must not be used by children under 3 years old. We recommend choosing a weighted duvet that corresponds to around 10% of your body weight. If you have difficulty turning over at night, choose a weighted duvet that is slightly under 10%. 

The function of the weighted duvet:
The weight from the glass bead duvet stimulates the body's nervous system and thereby calms the body and mind, making it easier to settle. For many it can be a major challenge to get the body into low gear in the evening, and the thoughts as well. This duvet is produced to address exactly this challenge. When the body calms down, you will typically find that the thoughts follow, and vice versa. The bead duvet is therefore particularly suitable for people who experience sleep disturbances or have difficulty falling asleep. Sleep quality is one of the keys to a balanced mind and body, which is why it is important to optimize this and to listen to the body when it signals something, e.g. restlessness or agitation.
