The duvet should not be used by persons with low body weight, small children or pregnant women. The duvet must not be used by children under 3 years. We recommend that you choose a weighted duvet that corresponds to around 10% of your body weight. If you have difficulty turning in bed at night, choose a weighted duvet that is slightly under 10%.
