The pillow is filled with 750 g granulate of memory foam, which can be removed until the desired height and firmness is achieved. By adjusting the amount of filling, it is possible to adapt the pillow to the exact sleeping position you sleep best in. 
The fine granulate of memory foam makes the pillow feel more flexible than, for example, other memory foam pillows where the filling consists of a fixed core. With this pillow you get all the benefits and many good properties of memory foam, including the pressure-relieving property that allows your head and neck area to rest in a natural sleeping position. The foam also helps the pillow keep its shape and relieves your body, whether you sleep on your back or side. With the right pillow you will experience your body finding rest, which can relieve headaches, neck pain and general restlessness in the body.

We recommend that you keep the foam you remove from the pillow, as your body is constantly changing and you may need to adjust the height later.
