We always recommend using a mattress protector on top of your mattress/topper to maintain the antibacterial function and for the highest hygiene level.
Maintenance: Please rotate the mattress on the sleeping surface and rotate head and foot ends. It is recommended to do this 4 times a year for the highest benefit of the mattress's lifespan and comfort.
