What is flannel?

Flannel bed linen is made from cotton that has been brushed and lightly raised on the surface. This creates a soft, cosy and warm texture that feels comfortable against the skin.

What does thread count (TC) mean?

Thread count, also known as TC, refers to the number of threads per square inch of fabric. The higher the TC, the finer the weave, the softer the surface and the better the durability. At HOME-TEX, we offer cotton flannel bed linen with a thread count of up to TC220.

How do I wash flannel bed linen?

The bed linen should be washed inside out and fully unfolded to protect the colours and surface. Always follow the washing instructions and typically wash at 60 degrees. Flannel can usually be tumble dried and ironed.

Is flannel bed linen only for winter?

Flannel is especially popular in autumn and winter, but it can also be used all year round by those who often feel cold at night or have a cool bedroom.
