The blanket is filled with tiny and very fine glass beads, which give the blanket its weight and heaviness. This weight creates a sense of security for the body and nervous system, allowing the body to relax better. The blanket should not be used by children under 3 years old. We recommend choosing a weighted blanket that corresponds to about 10% of your body weight. If you have difficulty turning over at night, choose a weighted blanket that is slightly under 10%.
