The double silk duvet is made with 100% mulberry silk filling and a tightly woven cotton satin cover. The fine silk filling is distributed in a cassette construction for even insulation and warmth distribution. This also prevents the filling from shifting around inside the duvet or ending up at one end. Silk usually does not require washing but has a great advantage when aired, only in the shade and preferably in cooler weather. Airing reactivates the natural properties of the silk and self-cleans, so you get a duvet that feels new for a long time. The silk duvet is somewhat flatter in structure than down duvets, so there will be a difference in how the duvet feels when used.
